Our dedicated and energetic Chairman DR.VIRUGAI G.JAYARAMAN who has been reflecting his young age dream in the present days, to realize the truth i.e. To serve the suffering humanity because he always feels the “Service to Humanity is Service to God.” Accordingly he established Sri Devi Karumariamman Educational Trust in 1997 which ventured so many things in the past. One of such thing is the establishment of Educational Institutions.

In 1999 the Trust was established Engineering College namely Arignar Anna Institute of Science and Technology, subsequently another college for Management Studies in 2002 in the name of Arignar Anna Institute of Management Studies and Computer Application at Pennalur Village, SriperumbudurTaluk, Kancheepuram District, Tamilnadu situated at 20kms from Chennai.
